This section is used to CREATE a NEW account for an individual seeking a HACP certification from CIHQ.
If you've created an account you don't need to create another, login to your existing account.
Please note: If your HACP certification is expired you will need create a NEW account.
How to Start the Process!
Step One: Establish an Account
In order for you to be certified, you will need to complete & submit a simple online form.
Once your account is established, you will receive an email entitled, "Your HACP Account". Save this email for future reference. If you do not receive the email within 48 hours, contact Debbie Benson at dbenson@CIHQ.org for assistance.
Step Two: Complete Your Application
Login to your account, complete and submit your application for certification.
